Dr. Randy Rhea was born in Little Rock and has lived in the Hillcrest area most of his life. After graduating from Pulaski Academy in 1976, he attended the University of Arkansas, and received a Bachelor of Arts in English and zoology in 1980. He returned to Little Rock to go into private practice after graduating from Baylor College of Dentistry with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1984. Dr. Reid and Dr. Rhea have practiced together since that time. He has also been the staff dentist for the Little Rock Job Corps Center since 1989.

Dr. Rhea is an active member of First Baptist Church and is past president of Little Rock Metro Rotary Club. His wife Nancy is a therapist at UAMS. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and playing golf.
